Got the feeling my partner doesn't love me anymore

Just a rant!! But I get the feeling that my partner of 3 years almost 4 in June doesn't love me I may be over thinking it but who knows we have been fighting everyday since we moved in together and it has just been hell I feel like I'm walking on eggshells it has put me into a depressive state and I can't afford to be in a depressive state because I've got to look after our daughter and I just can't seem to get over this depressive state it has really knocked me down and I've already got someone that wants me to be his girlfriend and he knows that I've got a partner but he just won't give up and I just don't know what to do because I love my partner so much but at the same time when do I say enough is enough and just give up
