We got married in covid a day before a lockdown 2020 with 15 people. We’ve been trying for a little while now, with our hopes diffused each time a negative test comes around but finally our first positives are here 🙌🏻 🥳 I think this months finally a winner ✨🙌🏻 We’re pregnant! 🙌🏻✨
We’re meant to see our families across the other side of country (Uk) at the end of February .. and I think would technically be about 3 wks today. How long do you guys wait to tell family? 🤍 As we only see them once or twice in a year is it wrong to tell them at around 5-6 weeks in?

There's no wrong time to tell your family. I always think if the worst happened they'd be the ones youd go to for support so telling them isn't a problem. I was really sick with my first so told mine and my husbands parents at 5 weeks but waited to tell everyone else till 12 weeks. We told his parents over the phone as they live the others side of the UK. Didn't make it any less special

First off, Congratulations 🎊... secondly, whatever you feel comfortable with. If you wish to tell them sooner than later then that's perfectly fine. I personally would waiting until I was 11 weeks but that's me. Whatever you feel comfortable with doing. 🫶🏻

It’s totally up to you! I really don’t understand the waiting,. The people I’m going to tell when we are finally blessed are our families, close friends and work colleagues! If I were to loose the baby they would also be the people I told to support and help me. I will be telling who ever I want when ever I want with no shame. It really does take a village and joy should be shared.. ♥️
