Help?

My boyfriend and his family have been really abusive lately. I’ve been trying to get away from them but they threaten to call the cops and take my kids away if I try to leave, I leave regularly during the day and take my kids to do fun things, I was leaving a like 2 hours ago and his moms car was in my way so I asked my daughter to ask her nicely if she could move so I can back out before I even went in and asked a question she yelled at my daughter, than yelled at me, and I asked her nicely if she still had my car charger which my boyfriend said oh you mean my car charger ? What do you need it for anyways ? To charge my phone in my car? I said don’t even worry about it never mind. I had waited for his mom to move her car, and I said to her why does he have an attitude and she said oh he doesn’t. Your the one with the attitude. I’m like because I asked for the car charger and he had an attitude with me? She than asked me where I was going and I said on a ride. And she asked my son if he wanted to go with her and I said no because I was taking him, and she continued so now my son didn’t want to go with me, he started crying and throwing a tantrum he wanted to stay with her and she started laughing. Which than pissed me off,. I left with my oldest and my youngest and went on a ride, got some food and my boyfriend now texting me telling me to sleep in my car tonight.

I have no money,

My boyfriend always threatens to take my kids from me if I try to leave, saying he will makeup anything he can to get me In trouble to keep my kids. His mom apparently told her fiend she was gonna take my kids from me, cause she mentioned it to me today when she was over at her house.

Boyfriend has sucked my finances dry.

He has no job, refuses to work, and when he does have $ uses it to snort shit.

Sleeps all day stays up all night and his mom babies his ass like no other idk what to do please help me women’s shelters say they have a Waite list, section 8 is not open
