Protein in Urine

I'm going on 22 weeks, I had to do a 24 hour urine collection. I have been having visual disturbances such as lightning bolts, fainting, and migraines. My urine collection came back and was flagged as high. As far as we know my BP has been normal but I am at risk of hypertension as I had it with my first pregnancy. I'm just wondering what the next steps will be or if anyone has any experience with having symptoms and protein but not high BP. Would this still indicate preeclampsia?
