Abnormal bleeding on pill?

I’ve been on a combination pill since 2020,

However I wasn’t consistent until 7 months ago where I started taking it to where there is only 30 minutes for error (since before 7 months ago, I was allowing 4ish hours to pass before taking it on set time).

But my normal periods ever since I settled on the pill were brown/light brown and light. Yesterday my period started and I was cramping. Today I’m heavily cramping (like I used to before pills) and for the first time in a while I whipped and saw blood on my tissue. Is this normal? Last Tuesday I accidentally took my pill 2 1/2 hours late but mine is combination, so could that really be the reason? Or maybe my body is still changing (I’m 17, but turning 18 next month).

I also took an antibiotic 2 months ago and it did mess with my period, could it still be affecting me?
