Has anyone hired anyone to clean there house?

Or if you clean and organize your home how do you do it? What has been your experience with someone who you hired to clean and organize?

I’ve had one lady come every Thursday and clean my house for about 3 years. She’s absolutely wonderful and does a phenomenal job. It’s definitely been soooooo helpful to have her during my pregnancy (which has definitely had its ups and downs).

I wouldn’t ever trust someone in my home to clean. My home is over 5,000 sq ft and I wouldn’t want to pay someone to do something my partners and I can easily do. I use a cleaning app. Different rooms get cleaned x amount of days and on certain days. Certain chores are done on x amount of days. My partners and I rotate chores weekly. 
I love organizer baskets/bins, especially for my fridges/freezers and pantries. I have specific cleaning products for the kitchen and bathrooms. Most of my home is hardwood and all the floors, minus the unused bedrooms, get cleaned daily with a steam mop. 
I clean dishes as I go. Sometimes I pop them in the dishwater and other times I wash by hand. I pickup thirty minutes before bedtime with the help of my partners. My son cleans his playroom before going to his bedroom. We rotate toys to keep the playroom organized. 
Routine is very important! Having organizer baskets are essential for me.
