Where can I find pen wraps prints for pen making for free?

I am a beginner! Do I search the print like a background that you would chose for your background for your computer screen or is there a website?

I do not wish to buy anything if I can't help it! Also how do you print the prints to go on the pen?

I have cricut explorer 2 machine I got for Christmas and I just purchased an printer. What kind of paper do I need?

I am going to make shirts as well. I just need some pin pointers to point me in the right direction please.
