Corpus luteum cyst

Hello, I today went to my OB and had an internal done. As I never caught my ovulation and am very sexually active I wonder if it is possible an early pregnancy sign. My last period was Jan 7-10 I know it's too soon to test and maybe it's wishful thinking. I've only ever had one other cyst and it was found when I was pregnant. I get repeats every 6 months (to track other issues) this is the first corpus luteum cyst since my last pregnancy 3 years ago. Maybe I'm being hopeful but just wondering if it could possibly be a super early sign.
