Hcg beta testing <48 hrs

If I get my second hcg beta test 36 hours after my first one, instead of 48 hours - should I expect to see a significant difference?

I had a chemical last cycle so my doctor wants me to test every 48 hours to make sure my levels are rising appropriately. My testing center has reduced hours on Saturday’s which means I can’t go as close to 48 hours after the 1st one as I would like and I’m anxious about it 😔
