Menstrual migraines
Has anyone any suggestions for menstrual migraines? I usually get them around ovulation and the first few days of menstruation. I’m fit and healthy, but my migraines are really getting me down. I seem to always get neck pain and tension too, and migraines on side of my head just above my ear region, no sickness or aura, just intense pain and neck tension.
Having acupuncture for months has not helped
