My doctor never told me how many weeks am I because when I did my ultrasound the baby wasn't there. All I'm experiencing right now is cramping. Could I be 3 was or 2 wks ? Confused want to be able to track my baby well

If there was a sac but jobs by you are probably 5-6 weeks. But find out when the first day of your last period was, that's the first day of your pregnancy!!!👶🏻👶🏻

When was your last period? And two weeks is when ovulation occurs (typically) so you can't be 2 weeks pregnant. Up to five weeks they usually won't be able to see anything but sac on ultrasound.
