I took a test and it came back negative but I'm having symptoms of pregnancy and period is due in a week.

If pregnancy test is negative, no, you would not be considered pregnant. Also if period is a week away (depending on LP length) like it’s to early to test. Did you confirm ovulation day?

Pregnancy symptoms mirror period symptoms so you’re either not pregnant or it’s too early to tell.

PMS and early pregnancy symptoms are nearly identical. Have you missed a period? How are you tracking ovulation? When was your last intercourse?
