Skin cancer? Worry or not?

I typically ignore things because when I ask my husband to look he makes me feel like I’m a hypochondriac about it. Even though I told him it’s good to look over each other because it’s easy to ignore. So I feel like I have had these (not sure if they grew or not) I’m going to make an appointment anyway, but to ease my mind do these look okay or something you would get checked out too. I don’t want to look silly over a regular freckle or mole 😅
