Share HCG Level around 5 weeks

Recently I was told I had a missed Miscarriage on October 17 . I miscarried naturally but there was just a bit tissue left so I was schedule a d&c on Nov 25 . Lately been feeling pregnancy symptoms this pass week mind you I didn’t have a clue I could get pregnant without a cycle especially because the nurse didn’t say it’s a possibility but anyways last week Mon-Wed took pregnancy test and the test line showed immediately before the urine can travel halfway down the test(Walmart cheapie test) so I contact doctor they seen my and had me to a test there and that as well came back positive so right after they sent me next door to hospital to do blood test so they can figure out when I conceived so I took my first blood test this past Monday and my results can back right at 50000 she called back and told me I’m around 5 weeks pregnant and schedule to take another one tomorrow to make sure numbers going up but my question is have any other moms have a high hcg at 5 weeks I know before my miscarriage my daughter hcg level around 5 weeks were 329 so this is a big difference.
