Needing Help!

My doctors prescribed me birth control where I take the sugar pills in the first two packs, skip the last row and take the whole pack on the third but they won’t change the prescription to the 21 day packs for whatever reason so I’m two /three weeks off my pills and I had unprotected sex with a guy I’ve only been seeing for three and a half months. I had a normal period after stopping the pills (January 17-22) then my app said I started ovulation on the 25, I had sex on the 27th. Is it possible I could be pregnant right off the pill?
