Would you be mad if you told your husband that you have just missed miscarried your twins yet he doesn't bother to come home or check in on you?

I called my husband today and told him I went to my scan and told him that we have had a missed miscarriage of our identical twins. He is setting up for his dad's unveiling in the weekend, yet he hasn't asked if I'm OK or come home, I was expecting him to be home when I got home for support. He's been there for a good 7 hours helping his siblings. I'm upset at him, is it valid to be upset at him?

Really depends what unveiling means. 
If his dad just passed and he’s having the ceremony this weekend, I would’ve held on off on telling him and just mention it later at a better time. But that’s just ME. That’s my honest opinion. 
If his dad is having an artwork unveiling this weekend, then yeah, I’d probably be a bit mad.

Everyone griefs differently he might not want to think about the tragic news you just gave him and that’s why he’s doing everything but facing the reality you two are going through…it’s valid to feel upset but also try thinking that it also hurts him too and that might be his way of coping

Unveiling? Did he pass? If so would let that anger go. Him not asking if your ok yaaaa id feel a little hurt about that. How far along were you if you don’t mind me asking?

First I am sorry for your loss. People all grieve different. Maybe he just doesn’t want to think about it so he’s not emotional in front of his siblings. Also did you ask him if he was ok? My husband wouldn’t leave work to come home if I miscarried. I also wouldn’t tell him until
He got home because he has severe anxiety.
