Any pregnant Taekwondo mamas here?

Hi ladies!

My name is Sam I'm a blue tag in ITF 😊 I started Taewondo 2 years ago and have been slowly moving up. I am a mum of 2 boys aged 4 and 5 😊 recently found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant with our third. I would love to see any stories of your pregnancy journey while doing Taekwondo. My instructor says I'm okay to continue and grade, unless doctor says otherwise and I will avoid things that could harm me or the baby. 🙈 I would love to make some friends, as I don't have many friends and find out about your experiences and stories.
