Nipple problems 🫠

I'm 18w5d currently and my breasts have been growing dramatically as expected I suppose. However they've gone up two cup sizes in the last month and my right nipple has actually split due to this. I've done aquaphor it's usually my go to for cuts and dry skin anyway. But I'm still having so much pain and it isn't healing like I expected. Would buying the silverettes be beneficial? Any other ideas?
