Low Progesterone

After not preventing pregnancy for 2.5 years my last period started 12/24/22.

Noticed some pretty obvious pregnancy symptoms week off 1/23/23 and had my first positive at home test. Had a few negative and another positive since then.

Had blood work done 2/1/23 and got a call from the Dr office the next day. Never officially said yes you are pregnant. Did say your progesterone levels are low and we are going to send a rx to your pharmacy. No explanation of what that meant and no opportunity to ask. So obviously I go to Google. Seems there are mixed reviews and opinions on the matter. But as if I wasn’t already worried about miscarriage. That phone call did nothing but create more concern in my mind.

This is our first pregnancy and to say I’m a bit overwhelmed would be a fair statement.

Any mommas out there that struggled with low progesterone and had a healthy pregnancy and baby? Needing some positive vibes today!
