Cervical mucus??

Hi I normally get thick stretchy cervical mucus on the 14day after period alongside a positive ovulation lh test. 2days ago i took a the lh test it was negative, yesterday i got cervical mucus which was somewhat stretchy. Today the mucus is creamy. With a negative ovulation test? Can anyone tell me whats going on? just trying to know my body…

Cervical mucus only tells you if that mucus is fertile mucus or non fertile mucus. You can have any type or amount at any point in your cycle. Opks only detect a surge in LH. LH fluctuates and you would need to be testing consistently every day and multiple times a day to catch a surge.

Anyway cm don’t mean you are ovulating all it means is that your cm is or isn’t at the best stage for sprem to last in

You can have different cm throughout your cycle it don’t stay the same every time you don’t need ewcm to be ovulating either
