Hi ladies, this is my first pregnancy, last week i had severe cramps at night that lasted about 5 minutes, no bleeding. I went to the hospital the next day and told me i had a cyst in my ovary. They told me that the sac in my uterus looked good but there was no fetus. I was measured at 5 weeks and 6 days the day i got my ultrasound at the hospital. Should i be concerned there was no fetus yet? The cramps havent came back. I have a follow up ultrasound next week. Im worried to have a miscarriage.
