I have to a two year old son he still on diapers he doesn’t say when his diaper is dirty? Pee or poop

Yes it’s normal but you can help him get ready. I wouldn’t listen to the moms saying he’s not ready. When you see that he has peed or poop start directing him to letting you know. Ask him did you set yourself. Did you go poop. You need to let mommy know! These children are very smart he’ll start to tell you immediately once he understands after that I would start putting him on the potty if you have not started yet!
