Pregnancy symptom??

So, this cycle after ovulation, my nipples have been so sore and sensitive to where I can’t touch them or even lay on my belly cause they are so sore. Usually I never have nipple/breast sensitivity during/after my cycles. Does anyone know why they would be like this, this go around? I got my positive ovulation 01/29 and ovulated either 01/30 or 01/31. My partner and I did the deed all three days so I’m not quite sure if it’s by chance pregnancy symptoms or if my hormones are just elevated.
