Worried

So I haven’t had a medical scan yet but the doctors put me at 8 weeks 6days (8&5 for scan) but this was an elective scan but she could only get this clear of an image. Couldn’t really see anything clearly, she said she thought she saw flicker for heartbeat but it makes me nervous that something is wrong. She told me that my bladder wasn’t full enough and maybe just too early but all other scans at almost 9 weeks you can definitely see the baby and hear the heartbeat. Does anyone have any similar stories?
