8DPO Symptoms

Hello,

I am 8DPO, I am still breast feeding and this was my first period back. The last week I have been getting nausea in the evenings, slight headaches on and off, I had some spotting the day before my predicted ovulation date. Cramping in my hips and lower pelvic area for 4-5 days. The last two days the nausea has kicked up a bit. I have been getting random “hot flashes”. My CM has been clear, wet, and slightly sticky. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. I’m wondering if anyone has had these symptoms and have been pregnant? The only symptom I am missing is breast tenderness. Not sure if my body is just gearing up for my next period or what.
