Breastfeeding mamas

First time mom here- I’ve been breastfeeding my 6w baby girl since birth, and she gets a couple of bottle feeds a day from dad. She takes the bottle and the breast well! She had a tongue/upper lip tie revised a week and a half ago and everything seemed good. But last couple feeds she’s been super distracted at the breast, latches for like 5 min on either side and then pulls herself off and is basically playing around. I have a quick let down so is she just getting what she needs with shorter feeds? Or potentially having some latching issues due to procedure or delayed nipple confusion? Thoughts appreciated, without judgement please!!
