uti help

I’m currently on meds for a uti. I’ve been taking the meds for almost the 5 days. I have one more today to take and my last two pills for tomorrow. I started off feeling much better but now I feel the urge to pee a and some slight discomfort and cloudy urine. I read online it could take 3-7 days to fully clear it. Should I wait until I’m done the medication to go back to the doctors or should I go now? Any tips or advice!?
