1 year old refuses anything but formula.. HELP!

Idk what to do. She barely eats during the day, and she still depends on formula. I’ve tried slowly transitioning her to milk, didn’t work! She hates milk! I tried pediasure, she hates it! I need to figure out something because she’s not a very good eater of actual food!! And she still wakes up 3 times a night for her bottle of formula! Any help is appreciated, I’m a first time mom 💕
