Low hcg . Help?

I had my hcg bloods done last week at 4w+6 I had a slight bleed before having bloods (had nothing since ) beta hcg was 25 now 6 weeks .i went for an early scan at the hospital and was told they could see anything to indicate pregnancy. They did a urine pregnancy test and negative ( she didn't leave it to develop long enough) I did a pregnancy test that morning and positive. They decided to do hcg bloods again and my level is at 42 . I come home and repeated the pregnancy test twice . Positive. Even got my partner to do one so I know not dud tests.

I've to have repated hcg bloods tomorrow.

Was told we wasn't pregnant till they got results on my blood test and noticed it had gone up .

Now I'm back as pregnant

They checked for ectopic but can't see anything

I cant be early on in pregnancy as we last has sex on the 11th Jan. Which just so happened to be my peak ovulation.

Never been in this situation.

Is it possible for the pregnancy to progress .

Or is it looking like it's non viable .
