Eustachian tube dysfunction has anyone ever had this what were your symptoms?!

I can hear all kinds of stuff in my ears when I blow my nose sometimes when I yawn and stuff. It’s driving me insane. My nose has been bothering me like it’s full almost and I’ve had headaches and some small vertigo issues. Just wondering if anyone has ever had this?

Yes, it's so annoying. I always get symptoms of an ear infection but it's never an infection. Tylenol, benadryl, heat, and face/neck massages help. I found a way to massage that helps drainage somewhat.

Yes, I have ETD! Diagnosed in 2014, and have not done anything for it surgery wise. You can have tubes put in but in adults they tend to fall out frequently and need to be replaced. My ENT recommended allergy meds to decrease possible fluid build up. Claritin is a good one. Since then I’ve only had one ear infection that required antibiotics to clear up.
