He looks after his disabled brother for a weekend every month, he also likes to go fishing one weekend so we have one weekend dedicated to a date night and a chill weekend.

I don't think we ever have official date nights but we hang out the 3 days a week my husband doesn't work and we play games, watch movies, have dinner.
