My 15 month has a cold. He won’t eat much and only drinks water

It’s our day 3 of fever ranges 99-102. Symptons runny nose and just wanna sleep all day. He is uncomfortable at night and wants to sleep on top of me. He drink lots of water. He is taking homeophatic medicine as I am not into Tylenol. I know some will disagree but if we go to doctor they will just give him steroids as it happened before.

He does not drink whole milk. He does not like it. He eats a couple meatballs a day and two bananas since he had a fever. Anything else I can offer?
