Feeling sad I need positive thoughts

I went to my dr to check my cervix and Friday was 1 cm now it’s .5 😭😭 it’s getting short. I don’t know what to do or think I am 21 weeks and 2 days Dr say baby can be born before even in this week but he won’t survive 😭😭😭 they asked me to stay home resting and just keep my medicine (progesterone) until baby decided to come. Possibility that baby might come this week is high. I don’t know what to think or do
