I'm 18w5d and today just found out I lost my momo twin girls due to cord entanglement. Not a suprise with such a high risk pregnancy, but still heartbreaking. I knew something was wrong when I went into the doctor because I began leaking fluid last night. My doctor gave me the option to deliver the babies or get a D&E. For those of you who went through a second trimester loss, can you explain which option you choose and how the procedure went?
