I cannot believe him

I’ve been feeling pretty distant from my fiancé as it is but he REALLY just pissed me off. He currently has $600 worth of tickets, mostly speeding. (We have a joint account). When I spoke to him about it, he literally blamed ME because I “rush him to come home” 😶 He also said that he drives for a living, he’s a delivery driver, so racking up tickets is “inevitable”. I’m at my last straw with him. Seriously close to ending it. Am I overreacting? He has always been this manipulative. He just told me “get off my ass”, isn’t that rich.
