Anyone know what this might be?

I got really sick possibly a few weeks back and recently maybe three weeks ago my sinuses got really plugged to the poin my throat was hurting bad again and now I have their weird white kinda sore looking thinking but it doesn’t hurt. It feels like a little bump, should I go to the doctors ? Idk I just don’t want it to get worse and I’m gonna try taking some sinus medicine to see if that will help
