Baby Daddy Issues?

is it wrong to block my unborn baby’s father? he got kicked out of the military for doing drugs like cocaine and weed, and i’m still in. he’s blowing up my phone everyday and every hour with “hello?” or spamming my name. i told him to get clean and we could talk about our child then because i just feel wrong talking about my daughter to a man who’s obviously tweaking out ya know? he called me 25 times last week and it is never about the baby. would it be wrong to block him?
