How to incorporate exercise? When do you workout?

I am pregnant with my second and getting concerned with the number of aches and pains I have. I am sure it’s related to being very out of shape. I started this pregnancy 10lbs overweight (never lost those last 10lbs from my first pregnancy 2.5yrs ago) and I feel like I’m so much more impacted during this pregnancy because of it.

I’m really having trouble getting motivated and trying to figure out when to exercise. I work full time, head into work around 8am (sometimes earlier) pick up the kid at 5, come home make dinner (or play with my kid if my husband is cooking) and eat at 6 or 630, start bedtime routine around 715 and try to have her asleep by 8:15. By then I’m pooped and my husband and I watch a show together or just chat. I’m in bed between 9-10:30.

When do you work out? How do you fight the fatigue and guilt about taking away time from spending time with your child (and partner) when you really only have 3hrs a day after daycare? I do want to do it and I know it’s a schedule thing and making it a priority, I just aren’t sure where to start and it would be nice to hear what other full time moms do. Thanks!
