I need advice..

So baby dad and I are not together. I wanted more from the relationship and I felt he wasn’t doing enough or is mature enough. I also felt used for a place to live and just to sleep with. So I broke it off. He said he wants to be together bc I’m the mom of his child and he doesn’t want the baby to grow in separate households. He’s said some hurtful things and keeps playing the victim and I’m over it. He doesn’t contribute in anyway. Him and his family don’t check in on us. And this is my third baby and will very much do it without him. Does he have the right to go to ultrasounds and be in the room during delivery? I can’t stand him and how childish he is but I need to know other views on what I should or shouldn’t allow him to tag along with. I don’t want to be miserable.
