Braxton hicks frequency
Should we be concerned about frequency of Braxton hicks? I read something about 4+ an hour is a concern. The last couple of days I literally have them off and on all night. Definitely more than 4 an hour. They’re even continuing throughout the daytime which sometimes is also more than 4 an hour. There’s slight cramps involved too but nothing major. I have been chugging water assuming I am dehydrated but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
