What meds to take? Other options? 3rd IUI

Doing IUI with sperm donor. Got pregnant first try in Nov, unfortunately ended in a MC in Dec. Follicle ruptured before IUI in Jan so didn’t try. Tried in Feb, AF to arrive in 2 days, negative test today, no pregnancy symptoms. I have one specimen left and then it’s back to the drawing board. I really don’t want to have multiples. I seem to ovulate just fine. Consistent cycles. Did genetic testing. Tubes aren’t blocked. No infertility issues known. Using trigger shot.

It’s costs about $2k each time I try. I said I’d do three cycles and reevaluate. I want to know what options I have, that you’ve tried, what worked and didn’t work, and secrets so I can ask more questions when I see the doctor next I see her. Maybe I can start something “different” this cycles
