Did anyone else get the sex wrong?

We were so convinced we were having a boy, and all of the signs were pointing that way! My skin is perfect, I hate sweet things, can't stop eating meat, I'm carrying low, I didn't throw up...the list goes on and on! However, we are welcoming a little lady May 9th :)

Yep! Me too. I mean, EVERYONE was saying I would have a girl..so, i was convinced. Nope, got a little sir in there.

All of my signs and symptoms pointed to a girl. They mimicked when I had my daughter. But found out yesterday he's a boy and definitely has a penis!

Yup! Everything told me I'm having a girl. My skin was horrible.. I wanted sweets stuff. Don't care for alot of meat. Not to mention everything I ate or drank made me puke lol. And I'm having a little boy!

A lot of the signs contradict each other for each gender. My culture, you get sicker with boys (if it doesn't last the whole pregnancy, it might be longer too) skin isn't an indicator, you crave spicy foods not sweet (salt is used a general anti nausea cure so it's not really a craving) and you carry lower. But usually it's the nausea that's the tie breaker. Or if you have kids before than it's similar symptoms for same gender.

I was convinced this was a girl. My pregnancy was totally oppisite from my son. But its a boy!!

Didn't puke, no cravings really but have felt more inclined towards sweet foods. I don't know why but hubby and I were both sure we'd be having a boy. She's a girl! Of course I'm ecstatic, he's okay haha. Now we're having trouble naming her.

I'm also due May 9th with a girl. :) I felt like I could be having a boy too but I didn't have all the signs you described.
