Activities after sex myth

Can someone once and for all tell me the facts. Me and hubby usually have sex in the morning i immediately get up and get ready for work. When we have sex at night I immediately get up and go clean off bc it’s messy.

Is that fine ?

Should I lay down for a couple of minuets ?

I caught a uti once for not peeing afterwards and ever since I’m on it ?

Been ttc for 3 months now could me getting up ve blocking that ?
