Implantation or period?
Started spotting very light pink at 11dpo and been spotting on and off since. I have endometriosis and usually suffer with very heavy periods so very unusual for me, I’ve added a picture of what I’ve had today, I’ve done multiple tests all BFN. Due AF Tomorrow I’m very confused and just need some advice or someone to tell me I’m not going insane
