Post partum must haves?

Please what is the best numbing spray for post partum. Help! And any other must haves to help with healing for vaginal birth....first time mum cry for help....

Dermaplast and tucks. I asked for both at my hospital for ones to take home and they supplied them. At my first birth they taught me to use the tucks for toilet paper and just pat down there with them, then spray the dermaplast then in your underwear add the big pads they give you and line it with 3-4 tuck pads too. I used one ice pack a day for about the first 4-5 days then I typically didn’t need them. Also ask for an extra spray bottle if you have two bathrooms to keep one in each and use warm water cause cold is a shock 😂

I absolutely love the Freda Mom Postpartum Recovery Kit. It has everything to help heal! This is my third baby and I will be buying it for myself. Also once your okay to have baths, I take lots of baths with epsom salts when I feel sore. Helps a ton.

Dermaplast for sure!!! You normally get a can at the hospital! Right before you leave ask for another can because yours ran out- take both home. Two cans should be enough, but you can also buy it at walmart if you need more!  Do the same thing with the witch hazle tucks! If you run out of those walmart/ cvs/ walgreens carries witch hazle and you can soak pads! Just make sure you get unscented, undyed, PLAIN witch hazel. I thought it was going to be WAY worse as a first time mom and I was plesently suprised that its not NEARLY as bad as I thought it was going to be.
