Can I use this hair mask overnight??

I’m in Mexico and I had a hair oil on my hair line to keep my baby hairs back from being in my face… I’m super pale and have blonde hair and we spent like 5 hours at the pool and the sun FRIED my hair line… like my hair is damaged and I have blisters

Is this mask okay to use overnight to help replenish moisture and what not??

Or even put it in during the day and stay out of the sun??

I’m flying home tomorrow so I wanted to put it in tonight and sleep with it in and then maybe wash it and put a TINY bit more in my hair tomorrow before my flight
