Trying to stay positive...

So I'm not as far as we thought... Doctor said everything looks good and he could see the gestational sac and thick lining but so far that's it..I'm getting blood work done today and Thursday to check my levels and the we will be going from there...I'm hoping everything really is okay and I'm not going to be let down again.. That's all that is going through my head right now..
