Ex still playing mind games with me, after divorce!

So backstory, I was married for 18 years to a man and had 3 children with him... Things didn't work out in the end, we ended up divorced at the end of December '21 and yet he still emails me he still loves me and then sends me pics of his so called fwb's and I'm like wth?! He keeps in touch because we have children and he updates me on them etc.. but I'm in a new relationship of 2 years and have twins 9 months old, I've moved on .. in other words this ex is saying he doesn't want me to stop emailing him but I told him it's about our children, he says he loves me and can't ever have me back etc pity party, then sends me explicit pics of so called fwb and claims he's happier without me... Then goes on to say he lied to me because he still loves me and can't have me!! Sends me songs to listen to etc... 🙄 He's driving me insane!! How do I deal with this situation or even handle what the hell his intentions are?!!! I'm confused 🤔 and stressed out as hell!!! Ugh 🤦🏻‍♀️ Sorry if wrong group to post! TIA
