I am aware that 6 dpo is very very early, but for the last 2 days my nipples have been super sensitive and sore, today I've had mild cramping and my breast hav become increasingly sore and achey around the sides and up towards my armpit... Not happened before and hoping its a good sign but really trying not to get my hopes up! Any insight would be fab, Whether possible pregnancy sign or other explanation? Thanks
