Ewcm a week before af

Ok so I have ewcm today and my cervix is high and soft , I'm 10dpo and last time I got ewcm so close to af I got my bfp. I really don't want to get my hopes up as I've suffered from a stillbirth recently :( is this a common sign of pregnancy ???
